a good place to live for a bargain

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1997
it's been awhile and these apartments may be under new management now. but, when i was there, it was a relatively quiet place to live, next to a large mall and the community college. there was also a costco , grocery store, eateries and a health clinic close by. i had minimal contact with management. but, they were very friendly. they did accept low income renters and section 8. and, some of my neighbors were questionable. but, it was easy to keep to yourself. playground was a large plus for children.
