Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Don't ever live in this place. You will never get your security deposit back! Also, they never respond to the emergency pager number. Like all Bellingham apartment complexes, they know they can cheat you because all of the other complexes in B-ham cheat you out of your security deposit. We also had a man try to break in while we were sleeping.
