I lived in 2 different apartments at Padden Creek, each for one year lease. The management was kind, and the maintenence team was responsive, as a matter of fact Tina and Jake felt like a second set of parents. One night I left a diamond pendant necklace in the tanning bed and couldn't get back in to retrieve it as I realized it late in the night. I was going to Hawaii the next day. The maintenece guy on duty went and got it for me in the middle of the night. No problem. I lived in a 2 bed/2 bath in K building and a one bedroom in B building. Both very nice, lots of space, modern appliances, good carpet.

The down side- if you pay your rent late you are charged not only a $50 late fee but also a $30 "processing fee" uh-whatever. The $30 fee started about 6 months into my second lease. There was no notice of this added fee. It was annoying. Also, very ---- about the move out. The place has to be absolutely immaculate to get any kind of a deposit back. Oh, and I worked late into the night and found it annoying that I couldn't do my laundry after 10pm.

I always felt safe and comfortable living here. I had to move because the rent got too high, but I miss it a lot and would move back in a second if the rent wasn't so high. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
