I moved into Padden Creek under the old management and have watched the switch to the new managers. The new managers are learning and getting better as the months pass. They made some mistakes early on but are getting the hang of it. I have had no issues with them personally and they have always been very responsive when I had a maintenance issue. I would definitely recommend living here. Close to Fairhaven, a great trail system behind the apartments and your backyard is Fairhaven Park.
