I've lived here now for almost 3 years and it has its share of problems. These problems I was willing to overlook until the new management came in; I'm now counting down the days until my lease is up. The new manager can't stop herself from coming into the apartments regularly and/or spending a lot of money on a newsletter. The rent hike was much more considerable than in years previous but I still can't get the mold, ants or broken heater dealt with. This place isn't far from a lawsuit or being shut down. Great neighborhood...and that s about it.
