This rating is meant for people to write about THEIR experiences in the complex. SO THAT OTHERS CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION!!! You should be ashamed of yourself Ginger- not only for breaking the law- but also for getting people to lie on these reviews! I mean- You had them all right up reviews on the same day- I'm not that stupid! To all you people thinking about renting from pomeroy... I am not a partier at all- infact I'm very quite. IM ALSO A GIRL NOT A GUY!!! Which makes me think that they've screwed more then one person with pets otherwise they wouldn't have assumed I was someone else. They do have a maintanence closet-every apartment does. And unfortunately this experience did not come at a point when I had alot of money, but it still doesn't give them the right to do what they did.. If I had one more week I could have gotten out of there. Its not like I wanted to stay there anyway.

I was the unfortunate neighbor of this person and let me tell you... Sleeping at reasonable hours was impossible. Had to call the police to get them to be quiet past 2 a.m. As for maintence closet there isn't one. Gasoline cans are kept at the owners house off site. This is a outright lie of a testimonial from someone who did not pay thier rent for months in a row and I personally thought the manager was overly compensating in thier specific case and the chances given to them were many. I am glad that these people are gone, they were rude, loud and totally disrespectful.

this guy was a total idoit. he woke my kids up at all hours of the night beacuse of his parties and he never said sorry. i am glad he is gone.the manager was verry compencating to him and he did not have any animals! and there is no maintinace colset there is not one on site.
