I am saddened to hear of the terrible things that jerk said about this complex. He lived below me and I never had a decent nights sleep for the months that he was here. He was partying til 2 or 3 a.m. EVERYNIGHT!!He had friends over every night. Most times they were different people every night. He constantly stole our parking spots, EVEN WHEN THE PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY!!!! They had no pets. there is no maintence closet. When he wasn't able to pay rent anymore he hid in his room and let his large friend talk to our manager. Our manager I feel was overly generous to this tenant. Gave him many chances. Even the police were curious about this guy. They were surveying our lot for vehicle prowls and counted the number of people going in and out of that apt. They thought he was dealing drugs. With the number of girls that ran out the backdoor when I called the police numerous times at 2 a.m. I would guess more of a brothel/orgy situation. They did not steal his stuff. He was given numerous warnings. He was pleaded with by our manager many times to just STOP!! He ignored every chance he was given. This tenant was the worse I have ever lived near. Want to know how long he lived here....must of been a year for all these complaints , right'....nope, he lived here only 2 and a half months. These people were rude, loud and very disrespectful. The complex immediately was very quiet once he left. by the way, I have pets and have always recieved great treatment from the manager who is a pet lover herself.
