The landlord was extremely chatty. She gossiped about everyone constantly, so I had to be careful what I said. She is very forgetful (other than names) and was constantly losing my information. She NEVER called when I got a package. She told me that rent was going up because of the increase in water prices, but then made everyone pay for their own water. They use a billing company very far away so that you almost always have to pay a late fee unless you mail a payment out the same day you get it.

Repairs were seldom done and even when they were, it took months. I was without hot water for a whole week once when the hot water tank broke in the middle of winter. When they installed the water meters, they left a huge hole in the wall (1'x1') and never decided to come back and fix it.

Parking is the biggest nightmare you could ever imagine. The spots are TINY. Nobody de-ices the parking lot, so you're stuck in or out until it thaws in the winter.

There is only one small dumpster for the entire complex. Even worse, it only gets emptied once a week.

I dont know where this person was living but it wasn't Pomeroy Court! The dumpster is emptied three times a week. It is emptied every day I noticed at the end of August when I seem to get new neighbors and everyone is moving out or moving in. It has been that way the three years I have been here. Management chatty? She answers your questions when you go up to talk to her about something and yes - thank goodness - she talks to you and not down to you like the Property Management firm did who I rented from before moving here. As for UPS packages. UPS puts a tag on your door ( it says package in office)or at least that is what they have always done for me. She doesnt have to take packages but does for our concenience. I am in school all day and work all evening so am not home and glad all I have to do is run over to the office to get my packages.
