Have emailed them 3 times, called and left a message once and no one has EVER contacted me on getting information about deposits. I would hate to be a renter here with a problem, you'd never hear from management. Because of this, I'm not even considering them to move to anymore.

Every time I've called, they answered and were very courteous. Maybe you didn't call during the office hours, which are 12-5 on the work days
