Pomeroy Court

I have lived here for over three years, and have had NOTHING but great experiences! My previous landlords were, um, adequate at best. The manager, is the best! She goes way above and beyond what her job calls for. If you have a problem, she will do everything in her power to fix it, unlike some other apartment managers I have had. I have had to call her outside of her normal office hours and she ALWAYS answers-even at 3am! They recently installed brand new double pane windows and last year re-painted everything. There WAS a not-so-great maintenance person last year but he is gone, and now maintenance is done within a day or so. The manager ALWAYS call when packages arrive-sometimes she calls more than once to make sure you received her message.Parking is great, they ask each year where you want to park, so you can choice your own parking spot. This is great because some spots are better for some people than they would be for others. Considering how close to campus we are located, and the size of my one bedroom,my rent is far less than I would pay elsewhere. Another thing I really like is their commitment to being crime-free. I always feel safe, even if I have to leave my apartment for weeks at a time. And from some of the stories I hear from my friends about their management-or lack there of- I do not even see how someone could complain about this place. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
