Me and my three roommates have lived in Rowan Grove for the past two years and it's been so great. The manager, Seth, is a very nice guy and very helpful. This is one of the few places that doesn't charge extra for things like most places do to college students. We have been getting most of our deposite back since we've kept out place in good shape and Seth is very good about replacing things that need it. The owners of this place are really nice people and are very understanding.
It's a great location bc for the most part it's very quiet and IF the neighbors do get too loud, a simple knock on their door does the job, but if that's not your thing, Seth can have a talk with them. But we haven't had too many problems with that. It is also about a 10-20 minutes walk to WWU, which I love! Rent is not too much, and utilities cost about $20-60 total depending on the month.
Overall I've loved it here and if I wasn't graduating, I would stay another year.
