If you're looking for a well-managed, well-staffed, and quiet complex...look elsewhere.

The estate company is very difficult to work with. They have a different receptionist virtually every month you pay rent. (Make sure you get copies of ALL important documents!) They don't know how to do anything and can't answer questions, and generally rude.

Not only is the company a pain, but the apartments are not the best. The walls are so thin, you can probably participate in a conversation with your neighbor...through the wall. Irritating.

Don't waste your time, look elsewhere than this complex AND real estate company.
