I lived here while I was in grad school at WWU, and it was a welcome change from the loud and obnoxious places I stayed at as an undergrad. The place was quiet and pretty nice. We did have a strange upstairs neighbor for a while, and one time witnessed a tire falling while looking out the window ('). But generally the place was nice and well kept, with decent neighbors, and good management.
