My husband and I found this apartment on this website about a year ago. We have a cat and dog, so it was hard for us to find an affordable place to rent that will allow our pets. We had previously rented a housse from a property management company that was awful and we wanted to move as soon as our lease was up.
The two ladies that manage the apartments were great! One of them was out neighbor next door. The price is great, the floor plans are nice, and the apartment was very clean. When we moved out they gave us a check list of everything we needed to do to get our deposit back, minus the pet fees. It was a very detailed list that we followed to a T, and 2 weeks later, we not only received our deposit, but they also returned the pet fees! I have never had an experience as good as this one with any rental agency. If we had stayed in Bellingham, we would have lived there until we bought a house there.
Some other cool features are...the workout room, the recreation room with pool table, kitchen and giant tv, the wooded area, nice trails to walk your dogs, and the proximity to everything in Bellingham(granted it is a small town).
I would reccommend Samish Ridge Apartments to anyone that is looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.
