i lived in samish the frist year i moved to bellingham, the management is great they allow animales and that is hard to find up here. if i could of stayed there i would of. the apartment its self is great there clean large and the best for the money plus next to the wwu park and ride for school and one turn away from the exit to I5 north. Mojito is my dogs name he enjoyed it just as much as i did. so if you have an animale and want a nice place to stay i would call samish ridge apartments and hope they have a spot for you. also any time i had a problem with any thing dealing with the apartment they were they asap they even hung up my pictures and gave me a new washer and water heater.
