Better than other places I've lived

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Management changed hands here a few months ago and the staff is not quite as friendly as they once were. Overall it is liveable here, however, and they do stomp out noise makers as soon as there are a handful of complaints. A good place to live for a while, but not permanently.
