This place is alright. Lived there for over 4 years before the price eventually drove me out.

Parking is good enough, security is alright, because Bellingham is such a safe town. Had my car broken into once, but I left all the doors unlocked, so what the hell, right'

The management on this place has always been a little weird. I've been under both managers, and while I got my whole deposit back, it did require work on my end, which should have been done by them (such as making sure that I had the paperwork for the deposits, even though they should have had that as well..)

The view from the south building is incredible. The neighbors one building south are a-holes, but few people actually have to deal with them. And the apartments are kinda small, but still respectable.
