I?ve lived here since June 2002, and this is the best apartment i?ve ever had. Everything is in excellent condition, the bay view is fabulous (i live in the south terrace building) and the neighborhood is quiet, no traffic, parking is fine. The new management (as of mid-to-late-2002) is quite nice, and they strictly enforce the rules about keeping the peace and quiet. They put all new floors, carpets, paint, bathroom, etc before we moved in, and the building manager lives right in this building, so she is interested in keeping it beautiful and well-maintained. The pricing seems to be fair compared to the rest of Bellingham?s rental market, and with the fabulous view it does seem like a very good deal. Only criticism: they overstated the square-footage; but you DO get what you pay for here.
