I am surprised with the unfavorable comments about the management because I have always found the staff here to be cordial and to go beyond what was required of them in terms of customer service. Of course these units are a bit pricey, but you are paying for the location and for the view. My only complaint is that the walls in the Terrace building are paper-thin. I can hear other people snore and pee, which I think is absolutely unreasonable. On the other hand, South Hill has pretty strict noise regulations which keeps living here from being completely unbearable.
