I was one of the long standing tenants at this apartment complex. I moved out in 2003 as I was going back to school.

I am now moving back in to South Hill, because I had a wonderful time there.

I love the Fairhaven area of Bellingham and you are within walking distance.

I was also in excellent shape while I lived there as the apartment is located in an awesome neighborhood with beautiful houses and a park down the street on N. Forest, but also Boulevard Park is just down the hill.

Beautiful views of the San Juans, the Canadian Rockies and Bellingham.

Yes, the apartment uses boiler heat and that can be a bit noisy, but I have lived in places over 100 years old and I just love quirks like that.

Great staff and a quiet place to live.
