I love the location of the apartment building, with an awesome and safe neighborhood as well at being close to downtown, Fairhaven and the bay. The laundry room is great with updated washers and dryers. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My complaints are rent was raised more than I felt was fair for the unit I am living in. It is sometimes cold, even with a space heater I am chilly as the wind blows through the antique windows. I can literally hear my next door neighbor talking on the phone, burping and farting...as well as some amorous neighbors at all hours of the night.
