Lived there for two years, hated the entire last year of my stay. The apartment complex was one smelly, loud renovation project after another. The woman manager of the place was rude, insulting and disrespectful to my person, as well as to other people that lived or worked there. Rents went up annually at a rate far exceeding the cost of living increase this county was experiencing, and the increases were much higher, percentage wise, than my income increased both years. Do yourself a favor and just say "no" to this place.

I totally 100% agree with you on this. I lived there a year and a half ago and the female manager was a horrid monster to me. They were lazy and I went without a fridge for 6 days because they did not want to bring it up to me. The last month I lived there I woke up every morning with a weird sooty residue in my nose and always had a hard time finding parking. I think you were very generous with your 6.5. I would leave it at a 5 to be nice because the flowers were always nice.
