You won't find a quieter place. It's an old brick hospital nicely remodeled into apartments, on grassy grounds. The manager has a green thumb, and has overseen gorgeous landscaping. The maintenance staff is responsive and capable. Plenty of fresh air from Bellingham Bay just down the hill; a world-class university just up it--with downtown and the historic Fairhaven district within equal reach.

Manager has a knack for picking compatible residents. Plenty of peace and quiet.
