south hills was once a great place to live i didnt mind getting rent increases every year only cause the managment and staff and the clean appearnce was worth the extra money. one instance was both I and my diabled girlfriend both slipped on the ice and snow that managment had neglected to clear away from the hall exit to the parking lot even after calling the 24 hour maintanace they still didnt remove the snow but the path to go pay your rent was free and clear to walk on with no slippage how convienant. where did shellie go she was very helpful and very nice unless you broke the rules then she got on you about it its only fair. Over all my experiance thier was great until this recent managment change. Always cold in the apartment even after spending 40 bucks to buy a oil space heater it was still cold and drafty I called maintance about the heat he said that they are on but i couldnt feel any heat coming from the heater. over all parking sucks always full and maybe 2 handicap parking spots, single pane windows that you have to buy your own screens for, I could here the tenant above me taking a pee every morning, pourly shoveld walkways. Hi This is the new manager. Please speak the truth. I really dont have time for this childs play. The writer of this last review is very very good friends with the past manager.I am not going to get on this site and begin to speak of the past manager, and residents are very very happy with the change, the residents here are GREAT and kind and my office is so busy with residents who feel they can come in now and someone is in the office so move on ..let go and the best to you.

BUT THE PICTURES DO NOT LIE! It is not as though they hauled the snow down the hall 6 doors just to make this up. I live in the hall and could not leave my apartment for days, unlike all the years before when the management cared and spent more energy taking care of the people's safety instead of sitting online making unprofessional comments. I am not sure who she thinks is so anxious to visit with her in the office. Quiet frankly, myself and 2 of my close neighbors are scared to death of her. Whatever you do don't cross her or you'll pay big time with that nasty tone of voice she's used on many of us long term renters. I'm glad I am amoung the 20 renters who have moved or are moving this month. Good riddance.
