These apartments (now condos) are horrible. Neighbors in surrounding units can be heard clearly. They are usually college students, so they stay up late and make lots of noise (screaming, yelling, loud music). When confronted, the tenants do not get quiet. The only way to get your neighbors to be quiet is to call the police. I've sent e-mails and called the landlords (Copper Mountain/Stebner) and they are completely unresponsive to noise complaints even though the neighbors are clearly breaking their lease agreement. If you keep calling or e-mailing them they get defensive and will hang up on you or ignore you if you continue to try to get the situation resolved. It took us almost a month to get maintenance into our apartment to fix a problem. Tenants park in the fire lane at the entrance to the complex, which makes it hard to get in an out of the complex. The landlords don't enforce their own rules on things like "no barbecues on decks" for fire safety. If you want a place where the landlords don't care about what you do, this is the place. If you are concerned about your own safety, getting a full nights rest, and having maintenance repair things quickly: DO NOT RENT FROM THESE GUYS (Copper Mountain/Stebner).
