I want to save you the trouble of checking out this place. I have lived here for slightly over a year and they have never repaired anything I asked them to fix.

I have been living with a broken sink in the kitchen for the past 2 months.

The most recent Igave my notice to vacate at the beginnig of the month. In the notice letter I asked them to contact me to inform me on how this will work and how to get my deposit back. I finally called last week 2 weeks before I am suppoed to vacate because they still did not acknowledge the notice I gave. Today I recieved a message on my Voice mail stateing they did not have any letter in my file. This is typical of this complex.

Believe me you do not want to live here.
