A decent place to live

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
Overall an OK place to live. Our building (each building contains 4 units) was pretty quiet. Most of the noise comes from the parking lot, which is adjacent to one side of the apartment. You can hear EVERYTHING from the apartments above you. Side to side walls are VERY thin. I could sit on my couch and hear my neighbor's TV. Luckily, we had decent neighbors (with no kids), but not a very soundproof place.
