* Noise, you can hear your neighbor flush the toilet and pee!
* My friend lives on the first floor, constant flooding.
* Would you like maintenance people walk into your apartment anytime' Come and live here!
* You won't like living here, I promise you!
I've been living here for almost two years and at first the management team acted all nice and everything. Eventually, they hired a bunch of new ------- and they were nothing but a bunch of ------- who were rude to you and helped you with nothing. You call them and ask a question, they treat you like you're an alien.
They keep on changing management because no one here loves the management people.
The laundry room never works. It was so bad that some guy destroyed the laundry room because the ------- never did anything about the laundry room. So, it took them about a month to fix the laundry room and it the dryers still eat up your money and your clothes still don't dry.
You make a complaint about anything, they completely ignore it! If you want to move to a different unit because your roommate gives a bitchy life, it costs you $200 to move to another unit.
The most important thing to remember, if you make a request or a complaint, good luck because it's not going to happen. No matter how serious your complaint is, they will ------- ignore it because they only care about getting new people in, but once they get you in, YOU'RE ----ED!
You have to share the apartment with three RANDOM people that you don't know about. Trust me, when they say, we'll try to match you with a good roommate, they ------- LIE! Just for a room, you pay $400 per month at least.
You may think that how are they going to affect my life' Uh, trust me on this one, they will affect your life while you live at Viking Gardens!!!!!!
