This company manages three apartments near WWU and I wouldn't recommend living in any of them. The office management only cares about getting new people in, but once they have you they could care less about you. They walked into my apartment to show a room with out giving any notice, which is illegal. When I moved out I specifically asked for someone to inspect my apartment before I handed in my keys. Someone from the office went there with me, walked through, and told me it looked great, she would be sending it in to the owner that night, and I should get my entire deposit back. When I did get my deposit back a week and a half later they deducted a charge for bent blinds. When I called and asked for them to show me the bent blinds since the woman who inspected it said everything looked great they refused and said that I would have to contact a lawyer! I can't believe how absolutely rude they are now that they aren't and will never be getting any more money from me!
There aren't enough parking spots for the number of people who live there, and none are assigned to you so you have to hope that there's one available when you get there. The washers and driers are horrible and take ridiculous amounts of time to dry your clothes. The outside lights often don't work or are blocked so you can't see where you're walking. When I mentioned it to the management and said that I thought it was unsafe they said they couldn't change it (because it would cost money to do so and they're cheapskates). Everyone here has ridiculously loud parties all the time and when you complain to the management they say they'll send a notice but nothing ever happens.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!

I am a tenant and in our particular lease for these apartment complexs, IT SAYS RIGHT IN OUR LEASE, that if we have a vacant room in our apartment, they may enter at any time to show the vacant room. It also states in our lease that if we DAMAGE anything at all that it will be deducted, so in conclusion to the bent blinds, those are considered "damaged" I am sorry if other tenants feel the need to ruin things and then not pay for them, but all of these things that this person is saying is all stated right in her lease, what lease has ANYONE ever signed that doesn't state if you ruin something you dont pay for it, as well as who tells your right on the spot the amount that you get back??? NOONE :)
