So at this apartment complex all utilities are included in the rent. My roommates and I thought this was a good thing because then we didn't have to worry about dealing with several bills a month. However there are problems with the cable tv and internet. The cable TV connection is horrible quality and only includes 20 channels. The internet IS high-speed but half way through the year they decided to block everyone's connection to XBox Live and online game playing (because they said it was taking up too much bandwidth). I contacted them about this because I already signed up for a year's worth of XBox Live and was paying for something I couldn't use. They directed me to the ISP they have but they refused to help me with the problem. Terrible. I'm moving in a month and will be happier than ever. The new management people are constantly changing and always do seem to be bitchy like other people here are saying. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Oh yeah, and parking was TERRIBLE!! They're short 10-15 spaces at least.
