As mentioned by several other people, the management staff here is pretty much clueless. There's so much turnover with the apartment managers, I'd go in one day to ask for something and then the next day I'd go find out that there's someone new. It was nuts. The apartments are by no means spacious, but for the money, I really don't think they're that bad. All my appliances worked, I had enough room for my stuff and still not feel cramped. If you need a cheap room, I actually would go ahead and recommend this place--in comparison to a lot of the other low-budget places I've seen, this is (not quite) a palace. Just don't expect too much from the staff.
