As the other tenants said, the management is atrocious! Even when there is a manager "on-site" and the sign in the office window states specific hours of operation, there is NEVER anyone in the office during those hours. The grounds look like a garbage dump or someone's dog kennel, because tenants don't like to clean up after their pets. The apartments themselves aren't that bad for the price, although they still have baseboard heat. If you decide to move in here, make sure you stay upstairs, as you can hear EVERYTHING coming from the units on the second floor. Not inhabitable, but close.
