This is the worst place I've ever live for several reasons:

- The apartments are barely large enough for a person to live in comfortably and the size causes horrible mold and mildew problems.

- The apartment I moved into had cigarette burns abd vomit stains all over the carpets.

- My kitten also became asthematic living in this filthy hell hole, at 5 months old which is almost unheard of.

- The tenants that aren't college students are usually the criminal type. The police are at this place all the time. During my first week there, I was even propositioned by a neighbour for oral sex.

- Despite the shoddy condition of the place during movein, they somehow manage to find reasons to hold the security deposit by charging an outrageous cleaning fee which ends up being about $50/hr. My friend used to clean these apartments for minimum wage.
