well if you looking for no frills flat or appartment to live in with cheap rent than this is the place with its affordable rates and long time residents and quiet students in the appartments...its ideal for hard working young couples or students looking for something decent....there are no frills or extras in these appartments but they are well maintained and problems are taken care of asap under new management...yes alot of peeps have run foul of stricter rules in these appartments due to them paying rent way way late, or having loud parties or other activities that would have them not warned but immediately expelled.... so if you looking for decent quiet place near western this is it
