I've lived here for 2 yrs--The apt is approx 400 square feet--a generous estimate. For $400 a month rent, it's not worth it. This complex has been through at least 4 managers (that I can remember) since I've been here. The apartments smell bad, the carpets are awful, and there's no ventilation system (causing a huge mold & mildew problem). The only good thing is you can walk to campus, Haggen, and the theater.

Also, you can hear the people upstairs all the time.
