Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
For the money this place is great! They are currently remodeling and doing much needed maintenence and the manager Kelly is so nice. I lived here for five years while going to WWU and Tech School and it worked out wonderfully. It is great being able to have your dog with you for such a low price. Repairs are done quickly and the staff are all very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to save some money while going to school
