It works if you are a student, male, and have no pets.
Price was right.
Never had a problem with management.
No car break-ins, or crime problems in my apartment.
I lived on top floor, which there was no noise.
Cute, small, workable. Safe' Not sure.
Area' Little shady.
Cost: great!
Got some of my deposit $ back.
No washer/dryers, must use laundry room.
If you hate using laundry rooms: beware then.

Parking was good.
Baseboard heat, was fine.
No mold problems that I know of.
Small, quaint. Like a dorm.
