For a few years the quality of this place really picked up. They knuckled down on tenant screening, there were a lot of professionals and adults, the manager and maintenance were really nice and helpful, and it was a pretty good place to live. Management changed hands a year or two ago, however, and since then it's not been as friendly and the tenants are getting worse... as my neighbor put it, "it's getting a little ghetto". Also, they no longer allow pets, which is very disappointing. If you have to live in a tiny, cruddy apartment it would be nice to have your cat and good management to make it worthwhile, and that equation has changed. Still, it's not the worst place in the world and I'd recommend it for those on a budget who don't need many amenities, such a students. Nice, quiet students. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
