We moved here in September. We really liked it at first, but it is pretty small, even for just 2 people. Also, the change in the pet policy is kind of unfortunate, just because it would be really nice to have a pet. We cannot hear the people above us at all, and since The Keg shut down, it has been VERY quiet and nice. The parking lot in the winter is awful, and there is a mold problem in the bedroom windows. You cannot open the fridge in the kitchen all the way, and the stove is tiny. The landlord is super nice and professional, we've had no problems. We will be moving up the street to a bigger apartment that allows pets, or else we would be staying here. This is one of the cheapest apartments that you will find at $485 for one person.
