Free cable! Good sized apartments. Lack of insulation in the floor, celings, walls. I wake up each time my upstairs neighbors shower from the clanging and general loudness of the water pipes. This is the WORST thing about the Villa Bonitas.

No molding around floors.

When my roommate and I moved in to our apartment it we needed new kitchen and bathroom flooring (holes in kitchen floor and rotting floor in bathroom). However, the maintainance man informed us "that's not bad enough for them (Chuckanut Property Management) to replace it.

We needed a new fridge when we moved in, and had one that day :o)

Landscaping is pathetic. There doesn't seem to be anyone to pick up all the trash. I called and talked to the "great managers" about this and was asked if there was "anything specific" that was bothering me. There was: seeing ten to twenty pieces of trash on the twenty foot walk from my apartment door to my car each day.
