My wife and I lived here for two years and it was very nice. They are fairly quiet for being so close to WWU - mainly traffic noise from I-5 and the busy streets near by. (we had a top floor, so I'm not sure how loud "the people upstairs" can be.

The appartment works out great for cats. $100 non-refundable plus $100 refundable per cat (the cheapest we've seen), and the big sliding glass door fit a "cat door" insert perfectly.

Unfortunately, our appartment doesn't have washer/dryer (some do). Though the one across the street is very clean & friendly.

Also, the onsite management is great! They remember everyone's name and are always friendly. They get your problems fixed right away.

Finally, everyone's favorite issue - Parking.
It sucks. The HUGE cement pillars SUCK. They take up a good deal of your covered parking space, so we changed for an uncovered space. Also, NO GUEST PARKING! They have to park down the hill or someplace else.

Anyway, it beats the pants off the house we rented the year before, and I highly recommend checking this place out.

We had DSL - no problems. Some Neighors have Cable Modems...
