When we moved in it looked as if someone came buy, vacuumed whiped down the counters and called it good.

And 2 years later, when we are now about to move out that suspicion was confirmed:

Me - "So, when do you want us to move out to allow for cleaning, ect"
On-site Manager - "Well the new tenants are moving in August 1, so you can move out as late as Noon on the 31st of July"

Mindblowingly horrible management. Not only are they not going to replace the carpet (which is COMPLETELY worn out), but when I asked them how often they do replace it they said every 12 years or so.

Walkways are always dirty, garbage bin and recycling areas always have trash skattered about. The entire west row of parking which spans the entire complex and makes up 1/4 of total parking has had ALL the lights out for over 3 days now. Lights in the walkways are constantly out, and take forever to get replaced.

Summer is horrible, constant screaming children in the pool (pro for parents, con for everyone else). When it rains cars and trucks constantly peel out when trying to climb the hill right next to the apartments. When winter comes around and it snows don't expect to go out. The only thing the maintanence did for the entire week we had snow was sprinkle some salt on the stairs when it was finally starting to melt.

The management tries, but they are obviously not doing a good job. Props to them for being working parents, but the two of them just don't provide enough maintenence for the grounds, or for the apartments.

Parking is horrible, even the best drivers will scratch their cars eventually on the enourmous cement blocks that hold up the parking coverage.

Horrible apartments, defenitely look elsewhere and read others reviews to learn more.

OMG I THINK I MOVED INTO YOUR APARTMENT! Those managers totally SUCKED! She told me I couldn't move in until noon on Augest first because they had to have the place cleaned, and when I moved in, it looked like someone wiped the place down REALLY fast there were dirty water drip marks on the counters and the sink had stuff in it, there was dirt pretty much everywhere, there's a hole in my bedroom wall and it looks like at some point someone took the molding off the base of the walls and left it. We have new managers now and they're REALLY nice!
