I like the Villa mostly. There is some noise but it is an apartment complex. Prices are reasonable and we're allowed to have pets. Our apartment has lots of light and is close to campus. Parkings sucks... but that's a Bellingham standard. Friendly community and nice neighbors. I'd give it a B .
