Terrible place. Disgusting, garbage is constantly overflowing. I even saw people getting inside the garbage and picking out cans and such!
Apartment seems as though it'd be filled with college students but there's plenty of kids running around and screaming in the pool all day during the summer. Not to mention the laundry area is almost always busy and the hours are 8am-10pm, so forget getting laundry done if you work odd hours.
The apartments are in bad shape and there's constant crime. I think the last monthly apartment letter said 4 car break ins and several house break ins.
The only upside is the rent and the friendly management.
