I'm a resident in these apartments, and take it from someone who experienced this first hand!!! Don't get yourself into this! Yes- the rent is cheap-- but you make up for that in other ways. The garbage is always over flowing, the laundry doesn't work (they don't clean your clothes, only gets them wet), and the maintenance is non-existence...if you have a problem in your apartment, it will be there until you leave. The management is just a stand in for a larger company, so even if the manager is able to complain on your behalf, the upper company doesn't care. Noise is awful, especially if you consistently have to work early hours, and there isn't enough parking. My mail has been stolen countless times (it took me months to figure this out), and that has led to identity theft problems for me, and renting a post office box in the area is really expensive. It's also a sketchy area to walk around in when it's dark, so you need to have a car. It's about 40% students, 60% other...and when I say other, I mean little kids screaming into the night and shifty older people. My car has also had robbery attempts.

All in all, find a different apartment!
