Me and my roommates love it here. Yeah, the place is pretty old so things are alittle dinged up but it doesn't bother us too much. You can hear the people above you walking around but damn you're in an apartment complex, who cares' We are on the basement level so we pay 680 a month which is pretty cheap for around here.
You can have pets for a $250 pet deposit if they are small -- we have a dog and a cat. People around here are animal lovers so it's a nice enviroment.

It's a very good location too. I walk to the bus stop every morning to take the bus to Western and it's very close. We're within walking distance to Haggan which is open 24 hours. There is a gas station right down the road as well as chinese food, hair cutter, and pizza time. The parking spots are covered and they are small but they are fine. You can kindly ask someone to move out of your spot and the manager is more than willing to tow people if they don't have a parking permit. The ally way behind the building isn't creepy at all. It's a great place to have your friends park.
We got new carpets when we moved in. There were a few things broken and the toilet ran but they fixed it prompty. The manager is always really nice when you call her.
The apartment itself is very big. two rooms and 1 1/2 bath. Yeah, laundry can be bad because the dryer usually takes two cycles. Other than that it's fine. Some units have hookups for you to bring your own washer and dryer as well.

Overall, the place is great for a bunch of college kids. If your looking for some place new and emaculate and perfect, you can pay more money elsewhere, this place is fine!!
