We've lived in the complex for 4 years now. The managment is very friendly and realistic. The maintenance request may take longer than some places because he is older and has medical issues that deserve respect. Small living quarters, but it is very quiet and peaceful. We have made several friends of our neighbors. Cat and small dog friendly with a realistic deposit. The only saftey issue is the mailboxes. Someone(s) have been helping themselves to mail during the past couple years. The mailboxes are not secure, mailing important info. from the post office is wise. Lots of flowers, spacious parking lot, and close to schools and shopping.
