Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
We have lived here for 11 months and haven't had too much problem with noise or parking situations. Good on site manager, and not too many people loitering or children running around. the only time a resident was drug trafficing and being too loud he was immediatly evicted. THe only real bad part is if you have a nice car, it will pretty much get broken into. Other than that, its a very nice place to stay in
