I just moved in to this complex and I really like it here. The managers are friendly and the grounds are kept up really nice even though there is some construction going on, which by the way I was a little worried about before I moved in, but it hasn't bothered me at all. Anyways, I read the previous posting and it sounds like someone learned the hard way about renters insurance. Too bad that they had to post such a nasty message, though. I'm sure the managers didn't ruin their stuff on purpose! I actually feel bad for them for having to put up with someone that vindictive, but if its any consolation, I do have renters insurance, and I do really like my sunny apartment.
