I moved in end of October. After looking at numerous apartments, the second I walked into this one I knew this is where I wanted to live. The layout of the apartment is so spacious and during the breif fall we had, we didn't need any lights on from dawn till dusk because the sun lit up the entire apartment. So far we haven't had any noise complaints. The occasional car alarm left unnattended in the middle of the night is a bit annoying, but that's a tenant issue, not the property. ample parking, i can always find a parking spot "close" to my building. The manager Laurie is wonderful. During the application process she was very helpful and kind. One day when I was standing outside under the rain, she offered to let me wait inside of her office until the taxi came. Very sweet lady. The apartment itself is well worth the money. We have a 2 bd 2 full bath and it works out perfectly. The rooms are about the same size, but the master has it's private bath. If i wasn't so annoyed at my current roommate, i'd definately renew my lease.
